As mentioned in other reviews, the store owner or a middle-aged man has a bad customer service attitude. At the very least, I think it's better to avoid going with children. When we asked for something, the store owner's response to us was so rude that we felt very uncomfortable. When I decided to leave the store early and asked if it was possible to replace the coffee I ordered with a take-out cup, the young staff member tried to accommodate me, but the owner yelled at me in an almost angry voice from the kitchen. I heard him tell me no. I think it's up to the store to decide whether or not it can be replaced, but the owner's language and comments were so unpleasant that it seemed like he was making fun of the customers. You may think that the voices from the kitchen cannot be heard inside the store, but you can hear them completely. There were other behaviors by the owner that made me feel uncomfortable, but I would never go to a cafe with an owner who uses language like that. I will never go there again.

I visited on November 13th, and it was a nice quiet atmosphere, but the female staff seemed to be in a bad mood. Just because the food was delicious That's too bad.

Matcha pudding was delicious. Paired with matcha latte, not too sweet, loved it. The ambience is very relaxing with good background music. It very close to shinkyo station and great place to take a break after hike to all the shrines

On the way to Nikko Toshogu Shrine, there is a nice cafe in an old folk house. It is located in a cedar grove and has a dignified atmosphere. The cake was also delicious.
